What is “tomato craft”? Simply put, it’s a way to express our passion for using the best quality, local tomatoes and unique techniques to preserve and celebrate their flavor.

PASTA SAUCES
Our sauces are rustic and simple, the way we cook with fresh ingredients at home. That means you’ll see big tomato chunks–seeds, skins and all! These sauces are great over pasta or under pizza toppings.

We’ve combined the big, tomatoey goodness of our Romas with fragrant, hand-picked basil to give you a sauce that’s bright and herby.
Tomato & Crimini Mushroom, 16oz
We’ve combined our rich Romas with the earthy goodness of criminis to give you a sauce that’s got some chunky heft (a term never to be used in reference to the special lady in your life).
TOMATOES
Quick, why did the tomato cross the Atlantic? Oh, we were hoping you knew… Well, the good news is that Lancaster County has some of the most nutrient rich soil around and our tomatoes couldn’t get any more delicious. We combined their famously big flavor with, well, not a whole lot else, since you’re the one cooking and we want to stay out of your way! We did, however, take the liberty of canning them the old-fashioned way—without the can. You could say we’ve GONE NATIVE….

Have you ever caught yourself leafing through a glossy magazine, daydreaming of lazy days spent canning while wearing a retro apron? Maybe you should let that one go…. Lucky for you ours taste like summer, even when it’s snowing outside. We left them intact, skins and all, but it’s easy to pull right off if you like yours in the buff.
